If you are unable to make it to your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible so we are able to accommodate others.
Guests who do not confirm their reservation through our reservation text message system by 4:00pm on the day of their reservation, forfeit the reservation.
Fifteen (15) minutes late with no contact will void your reservation.
Given the limited seating of the restaurant, we may accommodate up to 8 guests at our largest table. For larger groups and special events, please reference the Events section below.
Please understand, we adhere to a strict reservation policy and ask that all guests be prompt for their reservation. If you are late, we urge you to contact us so we can make our best effort to accommodate your group and any reservation(s) following yours that could be affected.
Reservations at or before 7:00 pm are scheduled for a 90 minute time frame. If you would like more time, please let us know when inquiring about your reservation. Extended dining time is based on availability and may not be possible if there are reservations following yours.
Kiawe Roots is the perfect location to host your upcoming intimate private event. We can accommodate up to 30 guests for a complete rental of the restaurant.
